People who have been subjected to childhood sexual abuse and their families and friends contact us for a variety of reasons.

They may face a range of issues, effects of abuse and emotions, which may include:

  • Fear and/or consequences of not being believed
  • Shame
  • Guilt
  • Depression
  • Low self-esteem
  • Self-blame
  • Suicidal feelings
  • Concerns about relationships
  • Health and safety concerns.

We are able to direct you to a range of supports for you including:

Services
such as counselling, providing support groups and help for advocacy. 
Courses   that includes support groups as well as courses to improve your wellbeing.
Books  offering a variety of different perspectives and styles.
